EV-Mart is a small Australian family business run by Mum, Dad and their son.
We are not a large retail chain or a faceless marketplace. We are EV owners ourselves, building the kind of store we wished existed when we first began searching for practical, vehicle-specific accessories for our own cars.
Our goal is simple: to help Australian EV owners find useful, thoughtfully designed products, understand whether they are suitable for their vehicle, and know what to expect before placing an order.
Looking further ahead, we hope EV-Mart can become a trusted bridge between Australia and the rapidly developing EV ecosystem in China. Just as a new generation of electric vehicles has brought Australian drivers more choice, better technology and new possibilities, we want to make more genuinely useful products accessible to people here in Australia.

Meet Our Family
EV-Mart brings together three different perspectives: careful product research, technical knowledge and the outlook of a new generation.
Mum
Product research and selection
Mum is a freelancer, product researcher and experienced online shopper.
Years of comparing products, suppliers, specifications and customer reviews have developed into a careful and practical approach to product selection. She focuses on identifying products that are genuinely useful, reasonably priced and suitable for the everyday needs of Australian EV owners.
Dad
Technology and systems
Dad is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in technology, systems and problem-solving.
He helps build and maintain the technology behind EV-Mart and brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to the way we organise product information and improve the customer experience.
Son
A new-generation perspective
Our son is an undergraduate student at the University of Melbourne.
As a member of a new generation growing up alongside electric vehicles and rapidly changing technology, he brings a fresh perspective to EV-Mart. He helps shape how we present products, communicate with customers and build a brand that feels useful and relevant to younger EV owners.
Together, we combine real-world EV ownership experience, technical knowledge and careful product research.
OUR BEGINNING
Why We Started EV-Mart
In 2023, our family became one of Australia’s early BYD owners. More recently, we also became early Denza owners in Australia.
Since then, we have accumulated more than 120,000 kilometres of real-world EV driving experience on Australian roads.
During that time, we watched more electric vehicles arrive in Australia, particularly a new generation of EVs from China. These vehicles offered impressive technology, comfort and value, but finding suitable accessories was often much harder than it should have been.
We repeatedly found ourselves searching through an enormous number of products in China, trying to identify which accessories genuinely suited our vehicles and which suppliers could meet the expectations of Australian customers.
That experience became the starting point for EV-Mart.
OUR PURPOSE
Connecting Two EV Worlds
China’s EV ecosystem is already highly developed, with specialist manufacturers, vehicle-specific accessories and practical products created around everyday EV ownership.
As Australian residents with a Chinese background, we understand both sides of this market. We are familiar with the Chinese supplier and product landscape, while also understanding what Australian drivers expect in terms of quality, practicality, communication and service.
Our purpose is not simply to bring more products into Australia. We want to identify the products that are genuinely useful here, check them carefully and present them with clear, honest information.
We believe Australian consumers should have access to the best ideas and products emerging from the global transition to electric mobility—not only the vehicles themselves, but also the practical ecosystem that makes EV ownership easier, more comfortable and more enjoyable.

What We Believe
Choosing a good product from an enormous online marketplace is not easy.
A low price does not necessarily mean good value, and an attractive photograph does not guarantee quality or correct fitment. Product names, model years and vehicle specifications may also differ between the Chinese and Australian markets.
That is why we believe product selection requires patience, comparison and careful judgement.
Electric vehicles also represent more than a different type of car. They can deliver a better driving experience while supporting the gradual transition towards cleaner and more sustainable transport.
EV-Mart exists to support that journey with practical products that help people protect, organise and enjoy their EVs.

How We Select Our Products
We focus on practical value, vehicle compatibility and the everyday needs of EV owners. We do not want to fill the store with products simply to make the catalogue appear larger.

Products approved for our catalogue are received and inspected by our team in China. We aim to work with suppliers that offer a sensible balance of quality, functionality and price.
Where compatibility has not been fully verified, we will say so clearly rather than make a promise we cannot support.
HONEST ABOUT TODAY
We Are Still Growing
EV-Mart is a young family business, and we are still learning and improving.
To avoid adding unnecessary warehousing costs to product prices while maintaining our quality-control process, our products are currently dispatched from overseas warehouses or selected suppliers. They are not currently held as Australian local stock.
We explain our processing and delivery timeframes clearly so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.
As EV-Mart grows, we hope to expand our Australian operations, improve our vehicle fitment database and introduce more locally available products.
